Ginger and Turmeric
Our ginger and turmeric are certified organic and come directly from Hawaii. Growing these in northern Michigan is a labor of love. We presprout them on heat mats in early February and when the weather breaks, we move them out to our hoop houses, where they grow all summer. Nothing compares to their flavor – exponentially better than anything you might purchase from a grocery store. In addition to great flavor, ginger and turmeric also have many medicinal uses. Try some – you’ll be hooked!
Our Own Spice Collection
We now offer a variety of bottled dried spices, which are available at the Petoskey and Harbor Springs Farmers Markets. The herbs are air dried, ground and immediately bottled. So fresh and tasty!
