Flowers add beauty, drama, and inspiration to our daily lives. In Northern Michigan, flowers are an important part of our short growing season. We grow over 100 varieties on two acres. Luckily, we have hoop houses and caterpillar tunnels that help us extend our season. We also dry our flowers to further extend the season.

Fresh & Dried Herbs

Ginger and Turmeric

Our ginger and turmeric are certified organic and come directly from Hawaii. Growing these in northern Michigan is a labor of love. We pre-sprout them on heat mats in early February and when the weather breaks, we move them out to our hoop houses, where they grow all summer. Nothing compares to their flavor – exponentially better than anything you might purchase from a grocery store. In addition to great flavor, ginger and turmeric also have many medicinal uses. Try some – you’ll be hooked!

Our Own Spice Collection

We now offer a variety of bottled dried spices, which are available at the Petoskey and Harbor Springs Farmers Markets. The herbs are air dried, ground and immediately bottled. So fresh and tasty!

Our wide variety of specialty herbs and flowers are a perfect match for local brewers and distillers who think outside the box. We proudly support the artisan brewing Renaissance here in northern Michigan! Nothing can beat the flavor of locally grown, organic herbs delivered right to your doorstep.
