Ingredients
4 cups thinly sliced baby bok choy (about 1 lb)
2 cups thinly sliced pineapple
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
Toss all ingredients in medium bowl. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
